The Los Angeles Rams were already thin at offensive tackle with Alaric Jackson and Rob Havenstein out, so they can’t afford to have any more of their linemen get hurt. Well, in the second quarter, they got some bad news.
Left tackle Joe Noteboom, who’s starting in place of Jackson, was carted from the sideline to the locker room with an apparent injury. It’s not clear exactly what happened because he didn’t appear to get hurt on the field, but clearly something is bothering him – enough that he was unable to walk to the locker room under his own power.
A.J. Arcuri was promoted from the practice squad this week so he could step in as the replacement at left tackle if Noteboom is unable to return.

The Rams provided an update and listed Noteboom as questionable to return with an ankle injury.
