After the South Africa Open Championship, the Joburg Open was the second event in a row in the country, and took place at Houghton Golf Club.
There, Englishman Dan Bradbury denied local hero Casey Jarvis his third straight DP World Tour title, finishing on 17 under to win by a shot, with Bradbury's compatriot Brandon Robinson-Thompson also missing out by one. But how much money did Bradbury win at the tournament?
The Joburg Open had a remarkable overall prize money payout in terms of its number, but the 20.5 million South African rand that was available translates to just over $1.22 million, making it the second-smallest purse on the DP World Tour all season.

It was a figure comparable to the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open, which offered just $1.2 million to those who made the cut at the back end of 2025, while the Australian Open was the third-lowest at around $1.4 million.
While the purse doesn't get close to the payouts available at some DP World Tour events, Bradbury still picked up a healthy $209,000 (€181,014) for his win, while the two men sharing the runner-up position earned around $174,203 (€92,104)
That is before various factors reduce the amount of money they really see after a tournament.
Below is what each player who made the cut won at the 2026 Joburg Open in euros.
