Conor Murray, a rugby player for Ireland and Munster and model Joanna Cooper are getting married this long weekend in Portugal.
The happy couple are currently basking in the sunshine before their wedding after flying to Portugal early in the week to start the celebrations early. Friends and family are now joining them for the official events.
Joanna was crowned Miss Universe Ireland back in 2015 and shared some beautiful pictures from the night before the wedding.
The model is wearing a gorgeous white lace column dress in the photos, and has teamed the elegant look with a tennis necklace and pearl drop earrings.
Conor wears a casual black t-shirt and grey trousers as the pose beside the turquoise blue swimming pool in the snaps.
The couple are joined by their dearest and dearest friends and family for the celebrations, including influencer Jessica O'Mahony who also shared some snapshots from the evening before the Algarve event.
Earlier this month Joanna revealed her Conor opted to wed on Monday as the weekends were booked up all summer.
“We’re getting married on a Monday because there were no weekends free and then everyone gets engaged and married in the same week, literally,” she told Ireland AM in February.
“I don’t know when we’ll get a honeymoon, it will be way later.”
The rugby player and model announced their engagement in March 2022 after four years of dating.
Conor got down on one knee to pop the big question to Joanna in a romantic Dubai proposal.
