The Jets announced their final injury report for Week 16 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. As with Monday and Tuesday, it was just a walkthrough on Wednesday, so the practice designations are estimates.
That said, four players have been ruled out for Thursday, including two wide receivers. Denzel Mims (concussion) and Jeff Smith (knee) will not play, leaving the Jets with just four healthy wide receivers at the moment on the 53-man roster, as Corey Davis will return this week. He was listed as a full participant Wednesday and does not have a game designation for Thursday. Expect a call-up from the practice squad for either Irvin Charles or Diontae Spencer.
Also out for Thursday are two players that were already known at the beginning of the week: quarterback Mike White (ribs) and cornerback Brandin Echols (quad).
Offensive tackles Duane Brown and George Fant were also both listed as full participants Wednesday and both are good to go for Thursday.
Defensive tackle Quinnen Williams (calf) is listed as questionable but was listed as a full participant, so that should stand as a good sign for his return after missing Sunday against the Lions. Safety Lamarcus Joyner (hip), who also missed Sunday, is also questionable. He was listed as a limited participant all week.
Running back Zonovan Knight was a late add Wednesday wth an ankle injury and is listed as questionable, but was listed as a full participant Wednesday.
For the Jaguars, DL Foley Fatukasi (ankle), OL Cam Robinson (knee) and No. 1 pick OLB Travon Walker (ankle) are all out. QB Trevor Lawrence (toe), LB Chad Muma (ankle), OL Brandon Scherff (abdomen), OT Jawaan Taylor (hamstring) and S Andrew Wingard (shoulder) are all listed as questionable.
Final injury report: Denzel Mims and Jeff Smith have been ruled out. Corey Davis’ return leaves #Jets with only 4 healthy WRs. Look for practice-squad call-up. Quinnen Williams will be game-time decision. pic.twitter.com/e33WeUU9O9
