Jet2 have issued an important warning to their customers over Covid tests and fit to fly documents, in a bid to stop them from falling for a scam.
Taking to Twitter, they posted several tips that will hopefully help their customers to spot a fake call, highlighting the importance of cyber security whilst booking a holiday, and outlined a couple of examples of common scams.

Branding it an 'important reminder', the holiday provider noted a list of things holidaymakers can to for extra security as well as warning signs that they might be falling victim to a scam.
They also urged customers to watch out for false Covid tests or Fit to Fly documents as a number of countries still require documentation.
Jet2 said: "We do not arrange PCR tests or Fit to Fly documents directly with customers, please do not respond to requests for this.
"We would never ask you to pay money directly into an individual's private bank account."
They airline added that customers should be aware of contact details, adding: "Only contact us using the methods shown on the Contact Us pages on the Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays pages."
On top of that, the travel provider emphasised that credit notes should not be bought over social media.
They warned: "Do not purchase any form of Jet2.com or Jet2Holidays credit notes via Social Media as they are unlikely to be honoured."
For extra reassurance, they have said: "Always check company telephone numbers and documentation.
"Scammers may pretend to be a legitimate company. We do not call from 0203 numbers."
The final piece of advice stated: "You should only book Jet2.com flights or Jet2Holidays directly with us or through one of our approved ABTA registered trade partners."
