Jet2 has announced updates for major airports across the UK amid 'very strong demand from holidaymakers'. The recent high demand from passengers has led to recent chaos at airports with extended wait times in queues.
An "extended season" has been added for flights to Malta for travellers hoping to enjoy some winter sunshine. On Tuesday, June 7, Jet2 announced more routes and new destinations for summer 2023 from a number of UK airports.
It comes after the tour operator added thousands of extra holidays and flight seats to Crete earlier this year. Extra routes were also created to link a number of UK airports to resorts in Spain, Turkey and Portugal, as seen in the LiverpoolEcho.
