Jesy Nelson has revealed the release date for her Prime Video series documenting her pregnancy after sharing her twins’ devastating disease.

The former Little Mix singer, 34, revealed earlier this month that her eight-month-old daughters Ocean Jade and Story Monroe have been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA1).
