Jesse Lingard has shared a glimpse into his life since being released by Nottingham Forest whilst also sending a message to any potential suitors.
The former Manchester United player struggled to impress during his time at the City Ground after he arrived on a free transfer last summer. Lingard scored just twice for the Reds with both goals coming in the Carabao Cup.
The 30-year-old also saw his game time limited in his final few months at the club having played just two minutes for Steve Cooper's side since they lost 3-1 to Tottenham in March.

And after being released by the Reds, Lingard travelled to Indonesia during the off-season where it appears he is putting in plenty of work in anticipation of his next move.
He posted a picture on Instagram of himself in a gym with the caption: "We working but we working." Lingard appears to be sending a message to any potential suitors that he is still motivated and prepared to put in the hard work.
Bookmakers currently have any Major League Soccer team as favourites to secure his signature. Meanwhile, Turkish outfit Besiktas are second favourite, with their rivals Fenerbahce in third.
