Jesse Lingard has checked in at the City Ground following his sensational transfer to Nottingham Forest.
The England international has joined the Reds on a free transfer after leaving boyhood club Manchester United at the end of his contract. He is said to have signed an initial one-year deal with Forest.
West Ham United and Everton were reported to be keen on the 29-year-old. But he ultimately opted for a move to the East Midlands as Forest prepare for their long-awaited return to the top flight of English football.

The deal was announced on Thursday evening and Lingard has now been pictured and filmed at the City Ground as he gets accustomed to his new surroundings. The player has also been posting new images from his social media accounts.
The attacking midfielder was shown wearing a Forest shirt next to the City Ground pitch. In one picture, he has the name "LINGARD" on his back, while in another he has nickname "JLINGZ" printed on it.
In both pictures, though, the shirt number is 11. That suggests he will be taking over that number from Philip Zinckernagel, who was on loan from Watford last season and recently joined Olympiacos.
Lingard most recently wore the number 14 shirt at Man United, though he did sport the number 11 jersey during his loan spell at West Ham in 2020-21.
Alongside these latest pictures, Lingard posted the words: "Making myself at home. Which name does (sic) you prefer? #Jlingz #nottinghamforest"
