Former Leeds United striker Jermaine Beckford says Javi Gracia's appointment can help galvanise Leeds United. The Spaniard was appointed as Jesse Marsch's successor a week ago and picked up a win in his first game in charge.
Junior Firpo's first Premier League goal gave the Whites a late winner against fellow strugglers Southampton. Earlier this week, Gracia spoke about belief in the camp following their first win and the former Watford boss is hoping to carry it on this evening.
The Spaniard helped take Watford to the FA Cup Final and admitted he'd like to do the same during his time at Elland Road. Gracia said he'd enter every season thinking he could win silverware and it would be no different during his time with Leeds United.

Speaking to the BBC, Beckford said: "You would like to think so. It was a great performance against Southampton.
"Scored and won the game 1-0. You would like to think a new voice from the manager and the coaches, a new way of playing, philosophy and idea, it's more than enough to galvanise that squad and push them forwards."
The Whites boss made four changes from the win over Southampton as the Whites take on Fulham at Craven Cottage.
