Former England forward Jermain Defoe said 'I do' in front of many of his ex-teammates in the stunning country house which was home to the infamous Profumo affair.

The ex-Tottenham striker wed Donna Tierney at five-star Cliveden House in front of 250 guests on Saturday, including fellow football stars Shaun Wright-Phillips, Ledley King and Carlton Cole.

The 40-year-old bride wore a long white bridal dress with a plunging neckline, white sleeves and a traditional veil. She carried a stunning bouquet of white flowers which perfectly contrasted 39-year-old Defoe's cream jacket and waistcoat.
