Jeremy Clarkson has issued an apology for the comments he made about Meghan Markle in his column in The Sun newspaper.
The TV presenter posted a lengthy statement on his Instagram account following backlash for his article last month where he wrote that he “hated” Meghan.
The Grand Tour presenter said he emailed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on Christmas Day to say his language in the column had been “disgraceful” and he was “profoundly sorry”.
