Heartbroken relatives and friends have pleaded for answers a year after a Kimberley man vanished in the Queensland outback during a pig hunting trip.

Jeremiah Rivers' companions said they last saw him walking away from their campsite on the morning of October 18, 2021, at Wippo Creek, near Noccundra, in the state's southwest.
