Everton midfielder Jean-Philippe Gbamin has joined CSKA Moscow on loan for the remainder of the 2021/22 season.
It was revealed on Saturday that the 26-year-old was the subject of interest from the Russian club before their transfer window closes on Tuesday.
And now the switch for the Ivory Coast international has been confirmed.
Gbamin has struggled with injuries throughout his time at Everton since completing a permanent move from Mainz in the summer of 2019.
The midfielder has made five appearances in all competitions throughout the course of the 2021/22 campaign, with three of those coming in the Premier League.
Gbamin joins CSKA as they sit in fourth place in the Russian Premier League, eight points behind leaders Zenit St Petersburg.
The 11-week winter break for the division comes to an end this weekend, with CSKA taking on Spartak Moscow.
