A jealous man stormed into his ex-girlfriend's home and attacked her and another man while they laid in bed. Jack Watson, who had a history of assaulting his former partners, broke into Katie David's flat and punched and stamped on her head while calling her a "s**g".
He also punched a man who was asleep in bed next to Ms David at the time of the attack, leaving him with facial injuries, while the female victim suffered extensive bruising across her body. After being arrested by police, Watson denied assaulting the pair while his mother contacted Ms David telling her she would pay her money to avoid the case being taken to court.
The 29-year-old, of Coity Road, Bridgend had previously been jailed for punching another former partner in the face and throwing her new boyfriend off a balcony in a jealous rage. He appeared at Cardiff Crown Court on Tuesday, August 2, for sentencing, having previously pleaded guilty to two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
