Jaya Bachchan chases paparazzi away as they try to take photos outside her house on Diwali; calls them ‘intruders’

The Bachchan family came together as they performed Lakshmi puja on the occasion of Diwali at their Pratiksha Bungalow. Jaya Bachchan was once again seen getting angry at the paparazzi who had gathered outside their house to click pictures.

In a video doing the rounds on social media, the veteran actress was seen stepping out of their house and chasing the photographers away from their house. Dressed in a printed white kurta, Jaya was seen calling the shutterbugs, 'intruders’.

Amitabh, Jaya along with Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai and Aaradhya Bachchan were spotted arriving together at Pratiksha for the Diwali 2022 puja in a car. While Abhishek drove the car, Amitabh sat next to him. Jaya, Aishwarya and Aaradhya sat in the backseat.

In Navya Naveli Nanda’s podcast, Jaya opened up about being disgusted by people who interfere in her personal life. According to her, she despises the people who interfere in her personal life and fill their stomachs by selling those products. When Navya asked if Jaya knew that this would happen when she decided to become an actor, she replied that she never 'catered to it' nor 'endorsed it'. She also said that it upsets her.

On the work front, she will next be seen in Karan Johar’s ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ which also stars Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi in lead roles. It is slated to hit the theatres in February 2023.
