Javi Gracia is confident Georginio Rutter will 'show his quality' when called upon and has backed him for a 'brilliant future' in the Premier League.
Rutter became the club's record signing for a fee of £35.5 million when they purchased him from Bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim during the January transfer window.
The 20-year-old has started just once for Leeds in the Premier League and is yet to register a goal or an assist in 349 minutes of action across all competitions.

He has been left on the bench in two of the last four league games, which Gracia explained was the best possible decision for for the team. However, he does not question Rutter's ability to succeed, and is delighted by both his attitude and work ethic since he took charge at Elland Road.
"He had some chances. The time that I've been here, he has started playing some games, and after playing some minutes it's true he has not continued in the games," Gracia said.
"I'm sure when he will have more chances, he will show more quality and he will help the team but I have to decide what is better for the team. I don't have any other explanation.
"Not only Georginio but all the new players that are coming to a new country and a new competition need time, but not especially Georginio. He is working very well, a good character and I'm sure his future will be brilliant."
