West Ham coach Stuart Pearce says there is still a lot to come from Jarrod Bowen following his fine form.
Bowen has been the standout performer for the Hammers in recent weeks with four goals in his last four appearances.
The winger has been working with coaching staff in East London to improve his finishing and has even been studying Liverpool's Mohamed Salah.
“I still think there is a lot more to come from him,” Pearce told Sky Sports. “He's got great energy, an eye for a goal and can finish with both feet.
“That is the beauty of Jarrod. Sometimes you look at players and they look the complete article, with him - and we've got various players in our ranks - that I think have got more to come.
“The manager and Paul Nevin put on a lot of good finishing drills and Alan Irvine certainly helped him.
“We've looked at Mo Salah, the way he finishes, standing defenders up or using them. It is just picking up some comparisons that can help Jarrod's game. That is why I think he has still got more to come.”
Meanwhile, Championship side Nottingham Forest have shown an interest in West Ham youngster Emmanuel Longelo, who could move on a permanent deal this month.
