Jamie Redknapp melted fans hearts when he shared an adorable snap of himself with baby son, Raphael on Monday.

The 49-year-old is currently on holiday with his wife, Swedish model Frida Redknapp. Raphael was born shortly after Jamie and Frida tied the knot in October.

Raphael is Jamie's third child, as he shares two sons, Charly and Beau, with ex-wife Louise Redknapp. Frida also has four children from her marriage to American hedge fund tycoon Jonathan Lourie: a girl and three boys.
