Jamie Dornan has joked that he has 'no fans' saying that he 'peaked in 2015' when asked during an interview about his strangest fan encounter.
The Belfast movie star was taking part in a quiz with co-star Catriona Balfe where the pair had to guess random facts about themselves and their fellow actors. Dornan joked in the interview that he had 'no fans' before saying he actually had 'very committed fans'.
He told Elle magazine: "I don't have any fans, lads, seriously. I think I used to, about 2015 I peaked and they're all gone. No, I've had very committed fans who seemingly pay a lot of money to travel around the world to find out where I've ended up.

"And I'm like 'Wow, you're here in New Orleans' or 'Wow, you're here in Berlin'. But not in a freaky way, just in a very supportive way, so I appreciate it."
Outlander star Catriona also gave a weird fan encounter about a time she was going under anesthetic and the dentist performing the procedure started to sing the show's theme song to her.
Jamie also opened up about the strange hobby he attempted to take up during the Coronavirus lockdown.
"I'd signed up for an online harmonica learning course. I think I did like half a lesson. And I hadn't told my wife about it and I mentioned it to her weirdly this week. I said 'Jesus I just remembered I signed up for an online harmonica course'. And she said 'no you didn't' and I said 'I did' and I actually looked it up and the saddest thing was I signed up for it on my birthday in 2020. It's the saddest thing ever," he laughed.
The 50 Shades star also revealed his major pet hate when it comes to ordering one of his favourite drinks whilst out.
"I could do a podcast on this, it annoys me so much", he said before describing why he feels so strongly when people add a slice of fresh lemon to coca-cola.
He explained: "Let's put it this way, you are putting something in a drink that completely alters the taste of the drink that I've ordered.
"You should be asked first if you've ordered a coke if it comes with a lemon, while the waiter or waitress is still there, like taking it out and throwing it on the table basically. I'm quite petulant about it."
