James Martin was back in the This Morning kitchen with his latest offering which came with an 'outrageous' suggestion.
The celebrity chef joined Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on Monday's show.
He was cooking up a Monday night fish feast with two simple fish dishes.- b eer steamed prawns and m onkfish goujons and chilli jam.
But he had another segment that was sure to divide viewers of the ITV daytime programme.

And that's because he told them how to make the perfect scone.
Phillip, who grew up in Cornwall, went straight in with the Cornish method which is jam on the scone first and clotted cream on the top.
But James was throwing caution to the wind and steered away from tradition.
"Although you've got butter inside you then take more butter," he said.
Not agreeing: Phillip protested: "No, no, no, no! I've never done butter on a scone in my whole life."
James continued on: "You take butter..." before Phil interrupted: "That is outrageous."
The chef continued on, giving another example of one of his butter recipes, but Phillip continued: "I am fine with that, but what you are doing there is some sort of strange perversion."
"It's delicious, isn't it?" James asked as he continued to spread jam and the cream on his scone, clearly ignoring the presenter's disdain.
Holly, however, decided to take James' advice and Phillip soon followed.
"I am doing it now for the first time in my whole life," he said. "It's nice but I don't need the butter."
"Everybody needs butter in their life," James laughed.
But James and his butter was horrifying This Morning viewers.
