James Garner has already spoken on his future as he continues to be linked to Everton ahead of a potential £15million move from Manchester United.
According to the Telegraph, Everton are set to win the race for the highly-rated central midfielder after stiff competition for his signature from Southampton, Leicester and Nottingham Forest.
Garner spent last season on loan with Forest in the Championship, and was a key player in helping guide the side back to the Premier League. However, Wirral-born Garner now looks like he may return to Merseyside.

There had been suggestions United would give their young talent a chance after playing a key role in this achievement, but the Manchester Evening News have claimed Erik ten Hag's side will now consider offers of around £15m - especially after the signing of Casemiro, playing in a similar role to Garner.
And speaking ahead of this season, Garner has already stated that he would like to remain at United this season and fight for his place.
Speaking to MUFC TV, he said: ""Of course, I want to be a Manchester United player. I think, even if you do not play for United. I feel it is most people's dream. That is obviously my aim this season and I have got to have a good pre-season and hopefully that happens.
"The future? Probably the exact same answer: to be a Manchester United player. Ever since I was a little boy, I have grown as a player and a man, I feel like my whole life has been in Manchester."
