Actor and US talk show host James Corden has noticeably slimmed down since his early acting days.
He shot to fame by playing Smithy in Gavin and Stacey in 2007 but carved quite a reputation in the States with his very own tv show, Late Night with James Corden.
Along with appearing in films and musicals such as Into the Woods, a lot has changed for the London native and fans have noticed he looks significantly slimmer. James attributes his six stone weight loss to a few simple lifestyle changes.

Experts claim that following an eating plan that focuses on when you eat in certain time frames can help your body burn fat. Speaking to The Sun, Corden admitted: "I don't eat until 12."
However, Corden said that he doesn't believe in diets and refuses to starve himself of the good stuff.
He said: "I have a trainer who I box with most mornings, and so far today I've had an apple. I try to eat healthily and not deprive myself.
"The notion of going on a diet is everything that is wrong because at some point you are going to revert. It's like Dry January — it's brilliant if you give up booze for January but in the back of your mind you're like, 'Well, in February I'm going to have a drink'.
The comedian has since become an ambassador for WW - formally named Weight Watchers - as he "really enjoys" the flexibility.
"You don't have to cut anything out. It's just being aware of what you are putting in your body, trying not to eat things that have too many ingredients."
It's not only physical health that James is keeping in check, as he revealed that he completed a four day course on transcendental meditation and would "highly recommend it". He said that instead of scrolling on his phone, he mediates to relieve any stress.
"You do a course, then at the end of it you have these tools where, every day, you give yourself 20 minutes of silence to let your thoughts be whatever they are, and I've found that very, very beneficial.
"Normally if I have a spare 20 minutes, I'll be on my phone, I’ll be watching something, and that's it — now I do this. It's great."
