James Comer gives major pharmacy benefit managers hard deadline to change 'materially false' statements

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer has given a hard deadline to the CEOs of three large Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) to clarify certain remarks made during a recent hearing.

Concretely, comer was referring to statements made by the CEOs of CVS Caremark, Express Scripts, and Optum Rx, who said that they don't steer patients to PBM-owned pharmacies.
