James Argent looked slimmer than ever as he serenaded a bride at a wedding this weekend.
The former TOWIE star, 34, who has lost a staggering 14 stone since his gastric sleeve surgery, put on a confident display as he twirled the bride around on the dancefloor.
Taking to Instagram, Arg shared a glimpse into the celebrations as he took to the stage with the Arg Band for loved-up couple Aaron and Rose's big day.
"Thanks for having The Arg Band perform at your special wedding day," said James as he tagged on a picture of himself with the newlyweds.
A video then showed Arg and the bride rocking away on the dancefloor to music from a saxophonist booked to play with the band.
Arg cheekily leant in for a kiss, before embracing the bride on her day to remember in a big beautiful white marquee.
"The bride looks absolutely gorgeous on her wedding day," said The Only Way Is Essex alum.
He filmed the sax player, SisterSax, as well as all the attendees before tagging each of the other performers; Tony Roberts, Harry Hayward and Mikey Fandango.
One final video showed Arg showing off his moves as he spun the bride around in front of the delighted wedding guests to the same saxophone music.
In January, James told MirrorOnline some of the secrets behind his staggering 14 stone weight loss.
He bites a tiny piece off a French fry, chews it slowly for about 20 seconds, swallows, waits for another 20 seconds, then bites, then repeats.
Arg underwent life-changing gastric sleeve surgery after his weight spiralled out of control during lockdown and he turned to binge eating for comfort.
"My whole day revolved around it – when was my next meal," Arg previously said.

He added: "I'd start off with a big full English breakfast, then throughout the day I'd have fizzy drinks, chocolate, chewy sweets and crisps.
"For lunch and dinner I'd have takeaways. I was bingeing on bad food from the moment I woke up."
He piled on 10 stone, taking him to 27 stone – the heaviest he had ever been in his life. Then, aged 34, he received a stark wake-up call.
Doctors told him if he caught Covid he would struggle to pull through it. And then his mum Patricia tearfully told her obese son that she no longer recognised him.
Last April, the television personality had the operation which saw 70% of his stomach was removed to restrict how much he can eat – at private Burcot Hall Hospital, near Birmingham.
Initially, his weight goal was 15st 7lb, which his surgeon estimated would take up to 18 months to reach.
But Arg exceeded expectations by losing almost half his bodyweight in just eight months.
