Former TOWIE star James 'Arg' Argent say he feels confident in the bedroom after surgery to remove excess skin, following his staggering 13-stone weight loss.
The wedding singer, 35, underwent gastric sleeve surgery in 2021 which saw him go from 27st to 14, but left him feeling self conscious about the baggy skin around his stomach.
The TV star would wear XL swimming trucks pulled up to his belly button to hide the loose skin and would feel uncomfortable in tight tops, but after a tummy tuck in January, Arg says he has more confident than ever and is looking forward to the summer.
Arg, who is dating 18-year-old Stella Turian, said: "I am confident in the bedroom now… regardless of whether it's romantically or by a beach or in clothes, across the board I am more confident now in all of those areas.
He told Mail Online: "I am body confident now. Don't get me wrong I still want to improve and get into the gym and tone up more, but I'll absolutely be confident when summer rolls around."
In the past, he has spoken candidly about his weight battle, having reached 27 stone at his heaviest, and recently said he doesn't want to get "too complacent".
Appearing on Lorraine, he said: "At the moment I'm going to sleep excited for the next day and I'm waking up positive and full of energy, and just life's really good at the moment.
"I've just gotta make sure I don't get too complacent or carried away, I've gotta remember where I was before and stuff and always keep working every day."
James also previously explained that he had lost too much weight, telling The Sun: "The only problem now is I've lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone.
"Everyone thinks it's hilarious, we didn't think we'd ever be in this situation but it's one thing or another with me - that's just me!"
Days before Christmas, James said he was at a "healthy balanced weight", having gained a stone since undergoing his transformation.
Speaking about finding love again after losing weight, he told GB News' Mark Dolan: "I feel more confident", before explaining that he'd met a girl who he "fell in love with" while attending a wedding in Mykonos.
Stella and Arg went on to exchange messages about singing and shared clips of their performances with each other.
In September, Arg flew out to see Stella, after developing feelings for each other.
Lifting the lid on wooing Stella, the TV star told The Sun: “I’m lucky enough to have a home cinema — there have to be some perks to being in showbiz — and I’m obsessed with Mafia films, so I made her watch Goodfellas and some Sopranos and Casino too.”
