After the Rams won the Super Bowl, Jalen Ramsey revealed that he played through two AC joint sprains for about half the 2021 season. He underwent surgery last offseason to fix his left shoulder, and he’ll do the same for his right shoulder this offseason.
This week, Ramsey was asked if he’s 100% healthy, and while he said he could keep playing if the Rams had more games, he wants to get his shoulder fixed.

Ramsey was asked if he’ll get that done soon, and it sounds like he will. He waited until June last year and was limited at the start of training camp, but that was only because he tried to let the injury heal on his own.
“Probably, yeah. Whenever the time is right. I’ll figure that out but whenever the time is right,” he said.
Seeing as Ramsey was fully healthy for Week 1 after having the same surgery in June, there’s no reason to believe he won’t be 100% for the start of the 2023 season.
