Jake Paul calls out Conor McGregor as next opponent in MMA fight with 'salty' Carl Froch dismissed

Jake Paul has tried to lure in Conor McGregor for his next boxing fight after defeating Mike Tyson.

Paul beat Tyson on points after eight sluggish rounds that have been widely condemned by the boxing world.

And despite their 31-year age gap the YouTuber-turned-fighter Paul went on to call out UFC legend McGregor.

“Dear Conor, I know you told my team you would fight me at 170lbs. That’s never happening. But let’s run it in MMA. No weight class. Just like how it used to be done. But you won’t,” he posted on X.

Paul has been heavily criticised for his struggles to knock Tyson out having claimed before the fight that was what he would do.

But he defended himself, saying: "I tried to give the best fight I possibly could, but when someone's just surviving in the ring, basically it's hard to make it exciting.

“So I couldn't really get him to engage me or slip shots and do something super cool or whatever, but I don't care about what people have to say. They're always going to have something to say and that it is what it is."

Paul also slapped down Carl Froch after the 47-year-old posted a video baiting the American into a response, insisting it would be a “one round demolition job” if they fought.

Paul responded: “F****** sour loser. Shut the f*** up. I’ve done more in 4 years than you have in your life. First and last time I respond to your broke salty a**.

“Let me know if you want to wash my cars.”
