Jack Wilshere could not resist a cheeky dig at Manchester United after the former England international steered Arsenal into the FA Youth Cup final.
Wilshere, 31, only retired from playing last summer and was appointed under-18s head coach at his boyhood club four days after hanging up his boots. His Arsenal side defeated Manchester City in the last four this week to secure a spot in the showpiece.
The Gunners will face Southampton or West Ham in the final with United, winners last year, knocked out by Stoke City in the fourth round. Last season's final was played at Old Trafford in front of a record 67,000-plus crowd with Alejandro Garnacho scoring twice in the 3-1 success.

Wilshere was in attendance and took the opportunity to take aim at United. "I watched the Youth Cup final last year, and there was (over) 60,000 there," the Arsenal coach said. "And I know our fans are better than Man United fans."
United might have been knocked out of the Youth Cup but they are faring better in the U18 Premier League. Travis Binnion's side sit third in the north division, 16 points behind City in second - who they face later this month - but with three games in hand. Sunderland lead the way.
