Jack Grealish has admitted he still isn't at optimum fitness so far this season, but is hoping he'll soon to back to his best.
It's been a slow start to the season for the Manchester City playmaker after he picked up a slight injury in just the second match and missed the proceeding three Premier League fixtures. Grealish then earned criticism for his poor display in the narrow Champions League victory over Borussia Dortmund, in which he was hooked in the 58th minute by Pep Guardiola.
However, the Blues boss backed his player afterwards and stuck by him for the game at Wolves, a decision that was immediately vindicated after Grealish opened the scoring in the 3-0 win after just 55 seconds. The No.10 went on to have a really good game as he looked to answer his critics.
