Josie Gibson was forced to apologise for a slight blunder while hosting ITV's This Morning today.
The Bristolian presenter was standing in alongside Vernon Kay as regular hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield enjoy their Easter break. Dr Nighat was on the morning talk show talking about headaches. She gave advice on what can cause the pain and how to prevent it. She urged people with persistent headaches to seek medical advice from their own GP.
Josie and Vernon listened intently as the doctor explained that some headaches can actually cause neurological issues such as numbness and pins and needles. She also mentioned that migraines are completely different things to ordinary headaches.

Vernon gave his own advice for what he finds helps him when he has a headache. He said: "Do you know what I find helpful when I've got a headache? Just lying on the bed, and I know it sounds really weird.
"I go on to my Spotify and I put on my music that they play in spas, like windchimes. That kind of relaxing music that doesn't take you anywhere but softens the mood. And I just lie there for like 20 minutes." Dr Nighat replied: "Spot on - Cognitive behavioural technique where you can just chill and relax and do that bit of mindfulness."
When the segment was coming to an end, Vernon said: "As soon as I get a headache I know where you are." Josie cheekily added: "In your bushes."
Vernon burst out laughing, as Josie quickly apologised. She said: "Didn't mean that - sorry! He won't be in your bushes, he will be right here next to me."
Despite the blunder, the presenters seem to be a huge hit with viewers in Holly and Phil's absence. Fans took to Twitter to share their love for the step-in hosts.

Sue said: "They should keep Vernon and Josie on here nothing fake about them #thismorning." Meanwhile, Louise said: "#ThisMorning Josie and Vernon are my much preferred presenters. Josie looks amazing today."
