ITV This Morning's Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary replaced in shake-up as new hosts confirmed

This Morning hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary are set to be replaced on the ITV show in just a matter of days after fronting the show this week as they stepped in for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

The usual Friday slot hosts were thought to be staying at the helm of the daytime show for the next two weeks as Holly 42, and Phillip, 61, enjoy their usual Easter break.

But that's not the case as the pair are being replaced from Easter Monday, April 10, as newly appointed Bake-off host Alison, 48, and TV presenting legend Dermot, 49, step back and allow for some fresh faces to take the reigns, much to the delight of viewers.
