The Chase fans were in disbelief as the show celebrated a special milestone.
Bradley Walsh returned to welcome four new quizzers on to Monday's edition of the popular ITV game show. Giles, Michael, Jo and Rasheel were testing their wits against The Sinnerman in a bid to win a cash prize.
The Chase is now a staple of daytime television and first debuted on our screens on June 29, 2009. Viewers following the show on Twitter penned tributes to the programme as it celebrated 13 years on air.

However, the Chaser fought back and eliminated the three other players. Giles built up 13 steps, but was caught with one minute and three seconds remaining.
