Fans of The Chase were confused as they spotted a player had been "replaced" on today's show.
Bradley Walsh welcomed four new quizzers on Wednesday's edition of the ITV game show. Matthew, Mark, Luke and Joan were testing their wits against Jenny Ryan in a bid to win a cash prize.
Viewers following the show spotted the names were almost identical to the Gospel accounts from the New Testament. Fans following the show on Twitter took to the social media platform and questioned John's whereabouts.
