ITV has responded to claims surrounding Mike Tindall being investigated for potentially breaching I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here's strict Covid-19 rules.
Zara Tindall's husband, 44, is said to have potentially broken the regulations as he was photographed playing and joking around with a crew member.
It has been claimed that cast and crew were told to remain at least two metres apart at all times.
However, Mike was photographed giggling while he seemingly caught the female worker off guard and pretended to throw her off the pier in between shooting scenes for the ITV show.
Earlier today, a source claimed: "All crew are told to stay two metres apart from cast members, which is a Covid regulation. Sound and security, who do tests, are the only people that can come into contact with the celebrities."
The insider added to the Daily Mail: "Mike having physical contact with the assistant producer was a rule break and he shouldn't have approached her."
The crew are also reportedly instructed to wear face coverings to prevent an outbreak – as the woman was seen wearing a black mask over her nose and mouth.
Following the claims, ITV have now given a verdict on Mike's situation, stating that no protocols have been broken.
"ITV Studios and Lifted Entertainment operate a stringent set of COVID protocols and procedures to ensure the protection and safety of our cast and crew. We have detailed risk assessments in place throughout filming and are satisfied that no protocols have been broken," an ITV spokesperson told.
It comes as more drama hit the ITV show this week as Olivia Attwood was forced to leave the I'm A Celeb jungle due to medical reasons earlier this week.
Olivia was left "heartbroken" as she had to leave the jungle for reasons she vowed to explain "in due course".
After leaving Australia, a statement shared on Olivia's behalf revealed she was "heartbroken" at having to leave camp early.
The statement began with: "To say Olivia it heartbroken would be an understatement."
It added: "She dreamed of doing 'I'm A Celeb' for years and was absolutely loving every second of the show and throwing herself into jungle life feet first (just as we knew she would)."
"However, for reasons beyond her control her journey has been cut short," the statement explained. "Your support and kind words have meant the absolute world to her, now as much as it always has. You will hear the truth from Olivia in due course and she will be back on your screens in the New Year.
"Ps. Who's going to roast Matt Hancock now?!"
Olivia has yet to address her shock departure from the show.
