After several weeks of romance, rows and friendships, series eight of Love Island is now in its final week. The hit ITV dating show began back in June with an original line-up of 10 single contestants hoping to find love in the Majorcan villa and potentially win a £50,000 prize pot.
Over the last seven weeks, viewers have watched relationships blossom between long-standing couples Gemma Owen and Luca Bish, David Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, Dami Hope and Indiyah Polac and Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page, despite drama that unfolded after Casa Amor and the various bombshells that have come in to tempt the Islanders.
Fans of the reality TV show also saw Jacques O'Neill quit the villa to focus on his mental health, which came after his heated reaction to series four contestant Adam Collard returning to the show. Adam set his sights on Jacques' partner Paige, and after the 23-year-old's sudden exit, Adam and Paige are now exclusively dating.

Sunday night's episode saw new bombshells Lacey Edwards, Nathalia Campos, Reece Ford and Casa Amor boy Deji Adeniy sent packing after the public voted for their least compatible couples.
Danica Taylor was saved by the public after pairing with footballer Jamie Allen, who is the only new bombshell to remain in the villa.
With the show now in its final week, the couples will take on more challenges and vote offs in a bid to be one of the four couples to reach the final, which is set to take place on Monday, August 1.
A preview for Monday night's show saw the talent show will return tonight (July 25) and during ITV2's Sunday night spin off show Aftersun, host Laura Whitmore also announced that the famous baby challenge will make a comeback before next week's final.
The humorous task sees the couples take on parenting duties as they each have to take care of a baby doll, which regularly cries to be fed and changed.
Viewers have thoroughly enjoyed watching couples such as Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury, and Olivia Attword and Chris Hughes, take on the role as parents in previous series.
During Sunday's Aftersun (July 24), host Laura spoke to ex-Islander Chris Hughes about his time on series three of the reality show back in 2017.
Laura said: "We're about to head into the last week and it's a big one, you know that, so what's it like to get to the last week?, before adding: "And I can exclusively reveal that the baby challenge is back. It's a huge moment. Just how difficult is it?"
Chris, who is now a regular presenter for a lot of horse racing events, said: "Oh it's brutal, but to be fair I actually had a genuine connection with Cash and that was the thing, and I have still got him.
"The mad, weird thing is is he's at my parent's house, I remember I stole Cash, I wasn't meant to but I thought, 'there's no way I'm letting this baby go back into production."
Whilst some Love Island fans were delighted to see the baby challenge return, many viewers complained that it is another challenge that they were most looking forward to seeing - and now it seems as though they may be in luck.
Some eagle-eyed fans have now spotted that the much-anticipated Twitter challenge, which sees viewers' savage tweets revealed to the Islanders, could be making a comeback this week.
Love Island's official Twitter account has now changed its bio to read "Tweets and replies may be used on social, incl. your name and/or Twitter handle," which has led viewers to predict the show is preparing for the tweet challenge.
@HotMeggaeSauce wrote: "Love Island have changed their Twitter bio to include this!!! Does this mean we’re actually FINALLY going to get the tweet challenge?"
@me98685693 tweeted:" Guys we are getting the Twitter challenge soon," as @aadil666m added: "I think the tweet challenge is coming, look at the bio."
Sharing a picture of the Love Island account's recent change, another user @astroholistic penned: "Tweet challenge coming soon?".
