Love Island fans saw Lana Jenkins in tears over a confession from her love interest Ron Hall in Tuesday's episode (January 31). The financial advisor confessed that he'd had his head turned by new arrival Samie Elishi on the the ITV dating show.
Makeup artist Lana, who previously dated I'm A Celebrity ....Get Me Out Of Here! and Hollyoak star Owen Warner, was upset by Ron's indecision about their future, insisting he doesn't make her feel like she's "number one." Fans flocked to Twitter to support Lana with many saying she deserved "so much better."
Ron sat Lana down to say about Samie: "I do find the girl attractive. She is my type and she is a nice girl so I am going to get to know her a little bit."

He added: "But I do not want you to feel like you're not my main priority, that does not change. If I just close myself off completely I will never know whether or not you're the best for me."
However Lana was not convinced, saying: "I don't know If I've anything to say. I feel like I'm never number one." "You're always number one to me," he reassured. But Lana retorted: "We're not going to be the same now so you can do what you want."
Viewers decided that it's time for her to ditch Ron and pursue a connection with someone else in the villa, set in South Africa. @BromoLaura tweeted: "Lana deserves so much better."
@SardaranCarol asked: "Ron why you stringing Lana along?" and @OpinionsRealTV wanted to know "Why is no one straight up telling Lana to move on? What am I missing?"
@singlemumdawn wondered: "Why is Lana still talking about Ron that man is a waste man why would want to be with someone who moves like this?" and @beautifulpainxo also said: "Lana deserves so much better. Fair enough Ron was open with her but it's still not nice. Espesh how he kept reiterating how new girl is his type over and over."

At the end of the episode their wish appeared to have been granted as Islanders received a bombshell text. They were told to gather for a recoupling with the boys picking who they want to be with, and the girl left without a partner will be dumped immediately. Many fans are rooting for Australian bombshell Aaron Waters to pick Lana after he previously issued her with a warning about Ron.
