ITV favourite Alison Hammond speaks out about possible return to I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here

Many people would love to see it, but it seems fan favourite Alison Hammond isn't quite as keen to return to one of the nation's favourite shows. The affable Brummie spoke out on Friday's edition of ITV This Morning.

Alison broke her silence on claims she is heading into ITV I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here again. Alison, who is a mum-of-one and who still lives in England's second city, lost out to Stacey Solomon in the 2010 series. Alison finished up in tenth spot.

A special All Star Edition of I'm A Celebrity featuring previous campmates is being planned for broadcast in 2023, according to reports. The spin off show would be based in South Africa and see former stars return.

Past winners include the likes of Stacey, as well as Harry Redknapp, Scarlett Moffatt, Jacqueline Jossa, and last year's winner Danny Miller. Today on This Morning, Alison's co star Dermot said: "Could Alison be returning to I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here? She's booked."

He later asked: "Would you do it, Alison? Again? Because it was quite tough." He said: "We want you there!" But Alison poured cold water on any hopes of her heading back to the show.

The Birmingham TV personality, who shot to fame on Big Brother in the noughties, told Dermot and guest Gyles Brandreth: "I don't think I would do it. It was tough to not get a shower. I was missing home as well."
