An Israeli combat soldier described seeing his teammates cheering and congratulating one another after striking a vehicle carrying Palestinians near the Israeli-controlled side of the Gaza Strip, killing everyone inside.
The reservist said such scenes had become common after a fragile ceasefire took effect in October.
