Nicole Kidman has sparked renewed speculation about whether she has undergone breast augmentation after her appearance at the 'Practical Magic 2' premiere in Los Angeles prompted online discussion about her fuller bust.

The 59-year-old actress attended the film's Los Angeles premiere at Directors Village in Westwood on 31 August, wearing a sheer black lace Atelier Versace gown designed by Pieter Mulier. Photos from the event prompted some social media users to comment on Kidman's cleavage and upper-chest appearance.
