Nancy Guthrie remains missing nearly seven months after she was allegedly abducted from her home in Tucson, Arizona, and crime reporter Brian Entin says advances in DNA testing could finally crack the case, while investigators continue to describe the probe as active and ongoing.

The 84-year-old mother of Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie disappeared on 31 January and has not been seen since.
