The positive feeling is back at Arsenal after a minor blip but Mikel Arteta's men have the chance to get almost immediate revenge on one of their old foes. It was Sean Dyche's first game in charge at Goodison Park as James Tarkowski headed in Dwight McNeil's corner in an old Burnley one-two, which resulted in Arsenal's second loss of the season.
Ten days later and they lost again, falling to defeat against Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium. Back-to-back league wins since then has put them top of the league by two points once more but after Wednesday's game against Everton the game in hand will have gone.
Although they can't lose ground as such, the Gunners' current gap can be extended to five points, allowing some leeway for error. It's been over one month since their last home win and they have failed to record consecutive home wins since November
This isn't yet a major issue but should they slip up against the Toffees again there will be questions being asked. Fans that don't have tickets to the game, a problem of its own, will not be able to watch the game in the UK though due to rescheduling and broadcasting rules.
