Irvine Meadow have announced former Kilwinning Rangers and Whitletts Vics boss George Grierson as their new manager.
Grierson takes over at Meadow Park with immediate effect after a seven-month break from the dugout and brings his trusted backroom team of Kevin Deeney, Roland Fabiani, Ally McGhee and Ian McMillan with him.
He has extensive management experience after spells with the likes of Kilwinning, Lugar, Saltcoats, Newton Stewart and Muirkirk.
Meadow chairman Robert Jeffrey said: "We were impressed by George's enthusiasm and vision for the club and the way he wants to play football.
"He sees Irvine Meadow very much as a sleeping giant and is looking forward to the challenge of taking the club back up the table.
"We believe he deserves his chance to manage in the Premier Division.
"George takes over with immediate effect and will take training for the first time tonight ahead of Friday night's Scottish Junior Cup match away to Petershill.
"His immediate aim is a better finish than last year, maybe looking at breaking in to the top six."
Grierson succeeds Colin Spence and James Latta who left the club by mutual consent earlier this month.
