Irishman 'ejected' from bus in California and hasn't been seen since in missing mystery

An Irishman has reportedly gone missing in the US State of California as friends and family share his information online in the hopes of bringing him home.

Gary Reilly was last seen on May 5 boarding a bus from Bakersfield to Los Angeles and has not been heard from since.

It is understood that he was ‘ejected’ from the bus at some point along the way, according to a friend of his, and he has yet to make contact.

“Please share throughout the Irish communities of Southern California.”

Among the many enquiries being made online, the San Francisco Sons of Boru/Celts wrote: “Please share. We’re looking for any information we can on the whereabouts of Gary Reilly.

“Please reach out to the police or call the number below if you have seen or heard from Gary over the last week. Thank you."

A missing person report has yet to be filed by the LAPD, but a poster doing the rounds online reads: “Help bring Garry Reilly home.

“Last known whereabouts: May 3 2022 getting bus from Bakersfield to LA.

“Age 28/Nationality Irish/green eyes/brown hair/6’2”/200 pounds."

Friends of the 28-year-old have been posting on Facebook, with one writing: “My friend Gary Reilly has been missing since Tuesday night 5/3/2022 he was getting the midnight bus from Bakersfield to Los Angeles and got ejected from the bus somewhere between Santa Clarita and Bakersfield.
