An Irishman questioned over a Spain beach club stabbing and shooting has been told he can avoid jail after he leaves hospital – if he pays €10,000 bail.
A judge went to Marbella’s Costa del Sol Hospital yesterday to question the 32-year-old.
He was arrested last week following nearly three days in intensive care with gunshot wounds to his chest.
