Irish fake tan lovers have been left 'devastated' by a new rule that has forced tanning brands to reformulate their darkest products.
A new EU regulation is enforcing a limit on the use of dihydroxyacetone (DHA) - an ingredient that darkens the skin - to a maximum of 10% in cosmetics.
The change comes following a safety evaluation by the Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS).
