NEW DELHI: Gujarat Titans may have pulled off a last over heist in their IPL match against Punjab Kings, but their captain Hardik Pandya has been fined Rs 12 lakh for maintaining a slow over rate during the match in Mohali on Thursday.
Slow over rate is proving to be an issue with several games stretching past the four-hour mark even though the IPL aims for matches to finish in three hours and 20 minutes.
