Ioan Gruffudd's estranged wife Alice Evans has reportedly asked her mates to contribute to the cost of her bitter divorce.
The mum-of-two, 53, is in the midst of a court case with the Hornblower actor, 48, who has filed a restraining order against the 102 Dalmatians actress.
Alice has made headlines for slamming the Welsh star online and now she's said to have set up a GoFundMe page asking for £20,500 to help pay her legal fees.
The Bristol-born actress is reportedly representing herself in the divorce, having dispensed with the services of lawyer Leon Bennett, according to papers filed in Los Angeles last week.
Ioan is said to have hired Anne Kiley, who has also represented Brad Pitt.
As the sorry saga continues, Alice has reportedly contacted her friends asking for help paying her legal fees.
The actress recently opened up about her financial struggles on social media.
As she shared a video of her youngest daughter Elsie, jumping in slow motion, she claimed she was "having a bit of a rough moment".
Alice wrote: "Trying to hold it all together whilst being threatened, completely out of money for food and bills and just found out somebody tried to break down our outside door last night!
"But it’s all worth it for this! (And the one who currently doesn’t want to be photographed.)
"Whatevs. Most of all, I will be the best mother I can possibly be. Forever. They will never lose me.
"Thank you everybody for so much love and support!"
Ioan ended his 21-year relationship with Alice in January 2021.
He filed for divorce in March 2021 following 13 years of marriage. Seven months later he started a romance with Australian actress Bianca Wallace, 30.
Alice has since accused the couple of conducting a three-year affair - an allegation they have both vehemently denied.
The Mirror has contacted Alice and Ioan's reps for comment.
