Inside the latest multi-million pound homes to hit the market in Greater Manchester

With the average house price in the UK now at a staggering £360,000, a multi-million pound pad is something that many of us could only purchase if we were ever lucky enough to win the lottery. But for some of the region's richest residents, our dream is their reality.

In some of Greater Manchester's most affluent areas, namely Hale and Bowdon, there are a bunch of new stand-out properties with price tags that surpass the million-pound mark. Fitting to other homes in the area, these residences boast countless bedrooms with en-suites, grand open-plan kitchens, sprawling gardens and lavish amenities like swimming pools, dressing rooms and gyms.

Ranging from £2,100,000 to t he region's most expensive new home listed for £4,995,000, here is a sneak peak inside the latest extravagant properties to hit the market in Greater Manchester.
