Sophie Kasaei has become the latest Geordie Shore girl to turn her back on cosmetic procedures - saying that she feels more comfortable embracing her natural look and celebrating her Persian heritage.
Eight years ago, Sophie splashed out, spending £6,000 on a boob job in the aftermath of her first stint on the show.
Since then, she's been gifted rounds of filler from clinicians, but the 32-year-old has now admitted she regrets having them as it left her feeling like 'a hot mess'.
"Looking back, I didn't look like me at all. I looked alienated, older. I couldn't even recognise myself, it was so sad." she told Closer.
"There was one point at Geordie Shore I just looked a hot mess."
Now, Sophie is pulling back on the work she gets done and celebrating her Persian heritage by wearing her hair in natural curls.
She is also planning on getting breast reduction surgery to relieve the pain in her back.
"There's nothing wrong with a little nip and tuck here and there to make you feel better, but visually changing who you are is a different ball game. I will never overfill or change the shape of my face again - it was just too far."
Sophie's makeunder is also being echoed by her former castmates on the MTV reality show.
Holly Hagan
Last week, Holly Hagan admitted she was previously 'filler blind' after dissolving her lip filler.
Holly took to her Instagram page to share a side-by-side comparison photo of her with filler and her after she got it dissolved.
The before picture was taken in 2017 and the star told her fans it looked like they were 'going to burst'.
She told her 4.1 million followers: "I think it’s safe to say I was 1000% filler blind!!"
Holly went further by getting her breasts reduced too - admitted to her followers that she "hated the attention"
She had originally got her breasts done when she rose to fame at the age of 20 - asking for "the biggest implant that could possibly fit in my body".
But she soon started hating her 32FF implants when the attention that came with them became too much, and the "big boobed trend soon passed".
Four years ago, Holly went under the knife to have her size reduced to a DD cup.
In 2016, before having her procedure, she told Star Magazine: "I got them done during my glamour-modelling days and I feel I've put them to as good a use as possible. I don't really want that kind of attention any more.
"I want people to look at my face and not at my boobs when I'm talking to them. I want to dress nicely, rather than thinking I've got to cover up."
Chloe Ferry
Fellow Tyneside native Chloe Ferry also admitted to getting procedures reversed earlier this year.
She proudly took to her Instagram to show off the results to her millions of followers back in March.
Chloe, who shot to fame as a teenager on the Geordie show, posted a selfie on her in the car and captioned it: " Never thought I would see the day natural #newlipswhodis."
As well as that, Chloe recently opened up about her hair struggles and returned to her natural roots after years of bleach damage left her hair lank and thinning.
Chloe said: "A couple of years ago I was struggling with my hair because of bleaching and hair extensions. I want my hair for the summer to be really thick and healthy.
"My stress is very up and down at the minute, I think with covid and stuff. I feel I'm alright now. [But] that's probably why my hair's so thin.
"I'm really hoping that DNA testing will help me continue my journey to thicker, more luscious long locks."
